IOCL Western Region Apprentice Stipend 2026 (Salary)
इस apprenticeship में stipend post type के अनुसार अलग-अलग है:
Graduate Apprentice
- ₹4500 (BOAT via DBT) + balance from IOCL + ₹2500 (additional)
Technician Apprentice
- ₹4000 (BOAT via DBT) + balance from IOCL + ₹2500 (additional)
Trade Apprentice
- Full stipend paid by IOCL + ₹2500 (additional)

Qualification / Eligibility (Post-wise)
IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 में अलग-अलग posts के लिए eligibility नीचे दी गई है:
1) Technician Apprentice
- Mechanical / Electrical / Civil आदि branches में 3 years Diploma
- Marks: General/OBC के लिए 50%, SC/ST के लिए 45%
2) Trade Apprentice
- 10th + ITI (related trade जैसे Fitter, Electrician आदि)
3) Graduate Apprentice
- BA / BSc / BCom / BBA (50% marks)
4) Data Entry Operator Fresher (Trade Apprentice)
- 12th pass (Graduate से कम qualification)
- Marks: minimum 50% (SC/ST/PwBD के लिए 45%)
5) Trade Apprentice – Data Entry Operator (Skill Certificate Holders)
- 12th pass
- “Domestic Data Entry Operator” का skill certificate (training duration < 1 year)
Note: Candidate को उसी eligibility के अनुसार apply करना चाहिए जो post के लिए मांगी गई है।
Selection Process (IOCL Apprentice 2026)
इस recruitment में generally:

Selection marks-based merit list पर होगा, यानी:
- ITI / Diploma / Degree में प्राप्त marks के आधार पर merit list बनेगी
